At Welping Machinery, we offer a variety of butt welding machines to our customers. Based on the drive mechanism, we categorize them into hydraulic butt welding machines A,B,Q series and manual butt welding machines C,D series. The hydraulic category is further divided into three series: A, B, and Q. Both A and B series are semi-automatic hydraulic welding machines, while the Q series is a fully automatic welding machine. The A series is our flagship product, with the B series being a lighter version, and the Q series as an upgraded version of the A series.

The main differences between the A and B series lie in power and the appearance of the hydraulic station. The A series has slightly higher power than the B series. The hydraulic station of the A series is fully enclosed, while the B series has a semi-enclosed hydraulic station. In terms of usage scenarios, the A series is undoubtedly more versatile than the B series.

The Q series is an automatic hydraulic welding machine. Its hydraulic station is equipped with a data recorder that can print out the parameters set during the welding of pipe fittings. This provides a reference for pipe fitting welding. In case issues are discovered after welding is completed, it facilitates tracing responsibilities. Additionally, the hydraulic station panel of the Q series has a cover with a hydraulic rod, which opens or closes without making noise. The heating plate is located on the frame, and after the welding is complete, the heating plate automatically lifts, exiting the welding state.
