Today, we will briefly introduce the Q series products using WP250Q as an example. WP250Q is a fully automatic hydraulic welding machine.
Its hydraulic station is equipped with a data recorder, which, after entering SDR and wall thickness, generates a series of data such as the required welding time and cooling time.
This provides a reference for pipe fitting welding. It also outputs various parameters during welding, facilitating traceability if issues are discovered after welding is completed.
Additionally, the Q series hydraulic station panel has a cover with a hydraulic rod, allowing it to open or close without making noise.
The heating plate is located on the frame, and after welding is complete, the heating plate automatically lifts, exiting the welding state.
